Matches

Our main cowboy matches are normally held on the second Sunday of each month, from April through November. We usually have a "practice" match the Saturday before the main match. These matches are held on the Skirmish Field next to the Black Powder Range (please see our Locations & Map page).

Weather permitting, the Main Event is on the 2nd Sunday of the Month with a "practice" match on the preceding Saturday (only as noted below):
- May 9 (practice May 8)
- June 13 (practice June 12)
- July 11 (practice July 10)
- August 8 (practice August 7)
- SPECIAL MATCH -- "1/2 Fast Shoot" August 28
- September 12 (practice September 11)
- October 10 (practice October 9)
- November 14 (practice November 13)

Match Times & Fees

Main Match -- Sunday:
8:00 am: Sign-in / registration
8:45 am: Mandatory Shooters’ Meeting

"Practice" Match -- Saturday:
8:00 am: Stages setup
10:00 am: Sign-in / registration
10:15 am: Mandatory Shooters’ Meeting
The Saturday shoot has a relaxed dress code.

Long Range Shoot (2nd weekend Saturdays only)
We are introducing a new Long Range Shoot each month from May to November on the second weekend's Saturday of the month from 10am to 2pm. The match will be held in the CCKC Black Powder Range next to the Skirmish field. Though this is not a blackpowder match, the CCKC Black Powder Range Rules will be in effect. Cowboy Match
$10 for Bristol or OPSC Members
$15 for Non-Members

Long Range Shoot
$10 for Bristol Members
$15 for Non-Members
This fee does not include the separate Cowboy Match.

BPP Clean Match coins

We will be awarding this custom made laser engraved coin to all who shoot a clean match. Collect 3 coins and turn them in for a free shoot!

New Shooters and Visitors
